The NCWBLA Board of Directors are elected officials of the NCWBLA who serve one-year terms (Jan 1 – Dec 31).
The Board of Directors establishes policy that governs the NCWBLA Board Members and the NCWBLA Committees in carrying out the goals and objectives of the NCWBLA.
The NCWBLA Board of Directors consists of:

- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Director at Large 1
- Director at Large 2
- Past President
